VIVA BOX

Box Viva Solutions and Connections in One Place!

VIVA BOX is a mobile application with which you can administer your social networks and also keep your contacts and multimedia content safe.

All customers of Viva (Nuevatel PCs in Bolivia) who have a smartphone and download the VIVA BOX mobile application, can enjoy the following functionalities:

Multimedia support

The client may support and manage the multimedia content (photos, videos, etc.), contacts and SMS of their cell phone. In the case of loss of the cell phone, the customer will not lose the saved. The prices of this service are:

- Bs. 5.00 to support all contacts and multimedia content the first time.

- Bs. 2.00 to update contacts and new multimedia content.

- Bs. 10.00 for the restoration of multimedia content in case of loss or terminal change.

Once requested, the support, the update or the restoration will be available for one day (24 hours after the effective charge). Every retenting within that period will not be charged.

Live migrator

The registered customer may request the migration of all their contacts, photos, videos and SMS to a new phone entering Ideasviva.nuevatel.com. This migration will cost Bs. 7 and will be available for one day (24 hours after effective charge). Every retenting within that period will not be charged.

Social living

The client may update, manage and share multimedia content with their social networks. This service will be under the subscription modality at the rate of:

- Bs. 10 per week.

- Bs. 30 per month.

Note: The customer requesting this service must have a specific balance for entertainment added value services (VAS pocket).

To download the VIVA BOX application, the client must send the following commands freely by text message: backup, migrainer or social to the short number 2000.

Navigation traffic will not be charged in the VIVA BOX application, only the affiliation to the services
